This example comes from Stylin' with CSS.  At this point just the horizontal menu is built.

Also, the zero margin and padding is applied to the body.  I'd prefer to have it associated with just the menu bar.

Let's move on to the next phase, adding drop-down menus  Hmmm, a hyperlink causes the equivalent of a linefeed.  I'll have to look into that, too.

Actually the linefeed only appears in the design view of Dreamweaver, my editing tool.
